Hi Aubrey,
Nice to have you here! What brings you to our board? Are you interested in getting this breed? Have you previously owned this breed? If you have previously owned what was you into, WP, confirmation, OB, schutzhund, dock diving, hunting, agility, etc.. and why ? Do you know any history about the breed? If you did previously own the breed what line was you into and why? If not previously into the breed then what line would you be interested in and why?
Again welcome aboard!

thank you i've been interested in the breed since i was in middle school, im 21 now and im in love with this breed even more. the recent spark that got me moving in the pit bull community was when i met my girlfriend and met her dog tini who was supposedly a pit bull redheeler mutt. i've since tried to become more knowlegable about the breed. the thing that id like to get into are weight pull, and hunting hog (eventually, since i live in los angeles and theres nothing really to hunt here). im actually intrested in ofrn i heard they were real smart dogs with good bite and drive. but would be am open to any line that performs wells

Hey Welcome,
did you say you have a heeler/pit mix? I would love to see that. I have heelers as well and have often wondered what the two breeds would do together. Would love to have a cattle dog with a bit more ummph to him!!

They actually have a breed that is similar in structure and style called the Hangin Tree Cowdog. It has Heeler, kelpie, collie and Catahoula.

thanks every one. funny thing about the spiked collar he is wearing in the head shot when ever he gets it put on him for walks he always gets cocky like his stuff dont stink. i guess he fools every one when we lived in portland every one wanted to breed their bitches with him:yuk:. imo the only time you should breed mutts is if they have a purpose for work, cant stand designer dogs they make me cringe. any who once again thanks for the compliments and the warm welcome
