I am moving to little rock arkansas in july and I cannot find a pit bull friendly renter.. I have been in college and do not have enough job history to take out a mortgage. I am facing losing my baby if I do not find a solution.. He means more to me than anything else and I cannot loose my baby. Please help me if you can! Email- j_doster@yahoo.com

Any way to board the dog or have a friend or family member take care of him until you can find a solution to your problem?
Do the renters always ask what kind of dog you own? I wouldn't disclose that info unless I absolutely had to.
Do you have papers on the dog? Is it lic in the area as a "pit bull"? If not then they can't prove its a pure APBT any more than you could. Worst case scenario just say it's a medium sized mix breed.
I know it can be a bad situation to be in but your dog is counting on you, so good luck.

Mom and dad have the dog already. I didn't tell the apt I live in now he was a pit and they made me remove him or get evicted.. He weighs 105lbs and moms health is making it to where she cannot handle him. And due to what previously happened with the current apt. I have to be forward with the fact that he is a pit.. I have untill around the end of august to do something.. If nothing else I can move in with my parents and keep my boy there but that puts me at an hour and a half drive to work..

I have thought about photo shoping papers saying he was a lab, but being that he has a 24in head, weighs 105, and looks like he does it is a stretch and also illegal. If they wanted to press the matter I know I could get in big trouble for that. Idk?

I wouldn't go that far. But I got kicked out because of my dog to once.
Have you tried looking in craigs list in the area and explaining to the renter's that you have dogs.
That's what we did.
