ABBA Texarkana Show Oct.30th

I will be attending this one with one or two of my dogs. I know there is alot wrong with the ADBA and alot of people quit going to the shows but I DO think they are something worth holding on to. I will be there to support the breed and their local club. These clubs are barely hanging on. I know of three TX clubs and two OK clubs with less than 5 active members each. Another is dormant and hasnt had a show or pull in a couple of years. These clubs used to be HUGE too. This really shows that times are changing for the APBT.

Glad to hear about any and everybody who is supporting the breed by involvement in clubs. We folded our decades old UKC club with three active members at the end, and our entries, in both performance venues and breed, were way down at AKC nationals. I was told there were only around 35 dogs at UKC nationals.
Get involved!!! These clubs give us the opportunity to showcase our breed in a positive manner.

A little far for me but i wish all who go good luck. having started an adba club myself i KNOW how much time and work can go into these things, so go and support your local club.
