Started Sativa's WP Training

We still haven't been able to afford a harness since i lost my job 2 weeks ago. and right now its not a priority since she's only 6 months. so for now i just put on a regular harness and put some small rocks in an old milk jug. i try to walk her around the back yard everyday with the milk jug in tow so she can just get used to having the sound of something dragging behind her.
she's taking a while to get used to it and still is not. she's a timid little girl. but not the sketchy kind of timid that i have seen at work. she just a takes a while to get used to noises.
so for now this will be our little routine.
i have a job interview tomorrow and if i do get the job it will be a few months before we get caught up on bills. which doesnt disappoint me because this gives me more time to work on her confidence. any suggestions?
i took her to get weighed a couple days ago and she weighed 40.2 #'s, around what i was thinking.

That sucks about your job.But congrats on getting started on weightpulling!I wanna get into that eventually too.

Yes that is for sure hard loosing your job, and with the way things are going right now it is really hard to find a job at all. Good luck on that. You should post some pics of her working.

Congrats on your little girl getting into WP that's awesome. Keep at it with her and she'll get it. Have you tried taking her out for a skate yet? She might enjoy a short skate :D

its been so rainy that me and nismo havent even gone. i have tried bring the skateboards along on walks and riding it. and she does ok with it. even tho she's afraid of it. lol.but she doesnt show any interest in pulling me yet just barking at people and chasing any leafs that blow by lol

LMAO she'll catch on she's still just a pup :D Dosia is good at skating now but he used to spaz out and try to attack the wheels. I've got a long board with risers and dirt wheels so the do kinda look a bit like tough gear tires lol.
