WEIGHT PULL DEFINED
An ADBSI sanctioned weight pull is an event in which the APBT competes within his weight class pulling a cart and specified weights 15’ (feet) in 60 seconds. Every dog will pull to his/her weight limit within weight class entered.
Place awards of 1st, 2nd, & 3rd will be determined through a process of elimination by increased weight determined by ADBSI sanctioned judge. This event is held according to the ADBSI Weight Pull rules.
Points earned are accumulative to achieve the ADBSI title of Weight Pull ACE. An ADBSI weight pull ACE title, as well as the degree(s) of rank (Ace of Ace, A/A I, A/A II, etc.) is recognized by the ADBA, therefore documented and recorded within the ADBA studbook.
