Gosh Jack this is so hard to narrow it down so early in my bull dog career.... let me try my best....

I like the Hall bred dogs. Two things i look for when looking at dogs is consistency and quality. How great are the best of these dogs? How often does greatness pop up? They are linebred and i like the look and the awesome power and animal aggression. Their drive is phenomenal. All good things to look for in a Bull Dog IMO. Right now, i would have to say the Hall dogs. I have alot to learn and SOOOO much more research to do before i pick a line or bloodlines that i will grow old with though. This is a very interesting topic Jack!!

Here are some peds n Pics of Hall dogs....

Halls Gangster

I would also like to add that the Hall dogs IMO are the accumulation of Boudreaxs, Clemmons, Carvers, and Maloneys achievements in the past. I like what was put together in the past by these men and i like what Hall has done with it today.

I'm partial to the way Lee Craig has bred the KK9 line. They love to please they are consistant in the way they breed and so far there haven't been any surprises as far as dogs go. The ones I know have sound temperment and even though they can run pretty hot they still listen and obey. Comformation wise just look it up for your self :)

Wow thats hard to say, Currently I love the line Im trying to produce, but if I were to look back in history I like the Boudreaux dogs, I really like Jeep, I loved his size conformation and all. Colby would be in there just because of the purity of the old stuff.

I thought I’d bump this old post back up to the top of the list and ask everyone again if they’d care to share their bloodline of choice (if more than one please list them in the order of your favorite ie: as in, first to last) and the reason(s) for your choice?

I admire the Colby line. I think they are like owning a piece of history.
I also have a growing interest in the Flame Tree dogs. I like the athletic ability of them.

Dan can you or CASH please elaborate a little more on these “Flame Tree” dogs? The only “Flame Tree” dog’s I or anyone I know has ever heard of (not saying that these are the same ones’ that you’re talking about) were very and I mean very questionable to say the least. Allegedly the breeder who originally attempted to start the bloodline crossed UKC American Pit Bull Terriers with an imported BIS winning Weimaraner registered with the Weimaraner Club of NSW to produce puppies with the silver coloration of Weimaraners’ like he wanted with the intentions of selling them as “rare“ silver colored APBT‘s. Thankfully, he failed in his attempt to pass them off as pure breed American Pit Bull Terriers as puppy’s due to their extremely long shouts and hugh droopy ears. From what I was told by one of his former neighbors he ended up selling all of his dog‘s within a year of his first litter and the one’s that were sold ended up being registered with the ADBA. Do either of you have any pedigree’s on these dog’s? I’m just curios to see if they’re connected.

Gr Ch Black Jack is a great dog. There's too much JRB out there that's crap. It's hard to find a quality specimen.

it depends on where your looking you gotta go with proven parents but thats with any line if you pick a dog srtictly because of the line of course theres a percentage of crap
every dog cant be a champion its all about proven parents even then pickin the rite pup and not burnnin them out to early and thats with any line

My favorite is the blood thats in every dog I own. Collett. Primarily blue dogs with good conformation, strong drive, and true size. They also have a ton of heart and are highly intelligent.
