Nismo's new still water collar

heres some pics of one of his new collars that i got from still water, still waiting on the silver and yellow one. i havent been working with him too much trying to build muscle and strip off a tiny bit of fat because hes been sick off and on. but i think he still looks good. for a "pitXlab" :p tell me what you guys think of him, good or bad, i welcome all the comments. how's he coming together? he's turning one years old on the 31st I cant believe it! he's not even the same color he was 3 months ago.

its the 2" seat belty material but it doesnt have velcro. i had to customize it to fit him tho i cut off a little bit of the end so its not sticking way out there.

Do you notice any lab characteristics in his temperment? I don't know much about labs... I've known some hyper ones but my pits are pretty hyper.

i've noticed that he's more docile then the other pitbulls i've had in the past. it takes a lot for other dogs to piss him off, but when he does loose his temper he's locked onto a couple of my friends dogs. and for some reason he brings out the worst in other dogs. but for the most part he gets a long with them.
one major one is he is very easy to train. the pitbulls i've had in the past are kind of hard headed and i had to really work hard with them. but nismo picks stuff up really fast which i really appreciate. he's hyper and he will run all day long, but not as hyper as my past dogs. i appreciate that characteristic also. lol

Great looking collar. Really looks wonderful on him. Well I have 2 labs and they are complete opposite from one another, lol. So I wouldn't know what a true lab characteristic would be. My chocolate male is extremely calm, doesn't leave your side, learns on a dime, but doesn't like to hunt because he doesn't want to stray within 12 inches from his owner and he is EXTREMELY dog aggressive. Once someone's pitbull was loose when I was walking him on the chain and the pit came up with his tail all high and Duke had that dog pinned to the ground shaking the crap out of him, lol, so yah, calm but doesn't like when dogs enter his space.

Then my yellow female is hyper as all get out, stupid on a leash, stupid all around, can't learn to sit or stay but is the best bird dog I have ever seen and she is friendly with EVERY dog. So yah, hmmm... labs, they are just......different I guess.

But Nizmo looks like a wonderful boy, I bet he is really smart, he has a great build to him and I just LOVE his ears. Great job on him and can't wait to see the other collar.

are your labs papered? i think its hard to get a TRUE lab unless they are bred for the purpose they serve (hunting) from a reputable breeder that knows what there doing thenn it would be hard to truly know the lab characteristics.

are your labs papered? i think its hard to get a TRUE lab unless they are bred for the purpose they serve (hunting) from a reputable breeder that knows what there doing thenn it would be hard to truly know the lab characteristics.

yeah thats the same thing i did with nismo. he has REALLY bad separation anxiety from me, not so much my gf. i got him at 8 weeks and he went literally every where with me. grocery shopping, store, the mall. until he got big and then i wasnt allowed any more lol. but i still try to take him everywhere that i can take him with me but he's getting good with being crated. he's my best friend. i would like to make him a service dog so i can take him where i go lmao.
Nismo has a strong prey drive, if he sees a rabbit or a cat i have to hold on to him for dear life. but he's good with our kitten.
if she doesnt want me to crop my next dogs ears, i'll just come home one day with the dogs ears cropped lmao.
i wont be getting another dog until i have a back yard, 2 dogs in my tiny apartment is way too much to handle. so im hoping nismo will be 3 or 4 years old so he can teach the pup the ropes.

thanks, i like it alot. im amazed at the quality of his collars. i feel like i ripped him off by paying what he's asking for becasue they are worth well more than hes asking. lets hope it stays at that price tho ;)
